Tooling Averaging:

Expanded Data log:
For each balancing run, Date, RPM, Unbalance amount and phase are automatically logged. Expanded data log adds Time, Serial number and other data.  (PRO license required)

User interface:

Tooling compensation:
More concise operator prompts, larger fonts.


Delayed Tooling compensation:
Delayed Tooling compensation allows interrupting the tooling compensation procedure after Step 1, and continuing with Step 2 at a later time. This is useful when tooling indexing requires more time; balancing machine can be used for other rotors while tooling and rotor are re-assembled after indexing.


Calibration Log print-out
A calibration log can be printed In soft-bearing mode. Formatting of decimal points depending on value has been added.

PDF Documents:
All documents generated by the EasyBalance software (Balancing certificates, Calibration reports, ARP documents and so on) can be printed either on paper or saved as pdf documents. 3rd party apps or virtual pdf printer no longer required.


Barcode Reader:
Scan barcode and the software will automatically find and activate the correct rotor setup. Optional: Start balancing process automatically after barcode has been scanned (PRO license required)


Remote Data backup:
In addition of keeping an automatic log of all balancing operations on the local machine, we now can maintain a log of all raw data on a remote machine (optional).

Segments:
For correction methods using a single or several discrete correction masses for segmented rotors, the software will now be able to utilize not only the two nearest segments, but will find the optimum combination of available segments.


Correction method:
Correction methods can now be selected independently for each plane (PRO license required)
For instance, for a motor with a blower wheel, drilling into aluminum could be selected for one plane, and clip correction in segments for the other plane.

Clip bin:
If number of clips is limited, software will now apply optimum combination of available clips while not exceeding clip limit

Clip bin program:
Operator can select “Avoid occupied segments”. If Rotor Segments are defined, previously used segments for clip bin correction can be excluded for subsequent corrections.


Proper use of units:
We have adjusted the display of units according to SI Unit rules and style conventions
Example:
g-mm, now displayed as g·mm
oz-in,now displayed as oz·in

Segments:
Segments will now move on-screen with rotor movements, same as the actual correction location (requires encoder)


Automation:
Added IPC (Interprocess Communication) option in addition to OPC and RS232.
IPC (Interprocess Communication) uses WM_COPYDATA and can very easily be implemented.
